About AL Mouj Muscat
Al Mouj Muscat is Oman's flagship waterfront integrated tourism complex (ITC), a 2.3 km² master-planned community stretching 6 km along the Arabian Sea. Developed as a public-private joint venture between Majid Al Futtaim Properties, Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN) and Oman National Investments Development Company (Tanmia), Al Mouj Muscat includes around 4,000 residential units (villas, townhouses, low-rise condominiums), hospitality assets including five-star hotels, approximately 20,000 m² of retail, an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Greg Norman, a 400-berth marina and extensive parks and public realm.
