About OQ REFINERIES L.L.C.
OQ Refineries & Petroleum Industries Company operates Oman's two original refineries, Mina Al Fahal (106,000 bpd) near Muscat and Sohar (198,000 bpd) on the Batinah coast, and is the Omani shareholder in the Duqm Refinery joint venture with Kuwait Petroleum, a 230,000-bpd integrated complex that came on-stream through 2024.
