Choose by the question you are actually asking
There is no single best digital business card platform, and any page claiming otherwise is selling something. There are four common buying situations in this region, and they point at different products.
"Our people hand cards to counterparties who read Arabic"
Cardify. This is the case Cardify was built for and the one where the gap is widest. Every employee card carries a genuine Arabic version alongside the English one, under a single URL and a single QR code, with real Arabic name and title fields rather than machine transliteration, and right-to-left rendering rather than mirrored English. Both spellings go into the recipient's phone when they save the contact.
We are not going to tell you what the other three can or cannot do in Arabic, because we have not tested their cards and a pricing page is not evidence either way. Popl states on its own site that it supports any and all languages. What we will say is what to ask for: not a language toggle on the admin interface, but a rendered Arabic card, with the name written the way your colleague writes it, the layout genuinely right-to-left rather than mirrored, and both spellings in the contact file after you tap save. Ask all four of us for that. We will send you a live one.
"We need to card everyone, and the finance director will ask what it costs per head"
Cardify, because the answer is nothing. The web platform has no employee limit and no per-seat fee, so the marginal cost of carding the two hundredth employee is zero.
The alternatives price by headcount. Blinq Business is $6.99 per user per month billed monthly, or $4.99 per user per month billed annually, and their FAQ states that a minimum payment equal to five Team Cards applies to all Business subscriptions. HiHello Business is $5 per user per month billed yearly, at $60 per user per year, for 5 to 100 users, with 101 or more users going to a custom Enterprise quote. Popl states its pricing is not charged per seat, but does not publish what it is.
"Our whole pipeline runs on trade-show lead capture into a CRM"
Popl, and it is not close. Popl's product is organised around event lead capture: their plan inclusions name an AI-native universal badge scanner, event campaigns and qualifying questions, verified contact and company data enrichment, and self-serve CRM and calendar integrations. If you work thirty conferences a year and your problem is leads evaporating between the stand and the CRM, that is the product built for you.
Blinq is the runner-up here, advertising Universal Lead Capture, event campaigns and attribution, custom qualifiers and native CRM integrations on its Business tier.
Cardify does not do badge scanning and has no native CRM connectors. If this paragraph describes your business, buy one of the others.
"Procurement requires SOC 2 and our identity team requires SSO"
Popl, Blinq or HiHello. All three advertise enterprise security assurance: Popl names SOC 2 Type 2, Blinq names SOC 2 Type II and GDPR with enforced SSO and SCIM provisioning on Enterprise, HiHello names SOC 2 level security with SSO and directory sync from Business up and SAML with SCIM on Enterprise.
Cardify holds no SOC 2 report and supports no SAML or SCIM single sign-on today. If either is a hard requirement in your vendor onboarding, Cardify will not clear it, and you should know that before the third meeting rather than after.

"Not advertised" means the claim was absent from the vendor pages listed at the foot of this page on 20 August 2026, and is not a statement that a product lacks the capability. "Not tested, ask them" means exactly that: we have not evaluated it ourselves and will not guess. Prices are quoted in the currency each vendor displays, with no conversion applied.
The part that is specific to Oman
Three things separate a Gulf buyer's decision from a North American one, and none of them show up in a generic feature table.
The card has to work in Arabic to be taken seriously. Handing an English-only card to a procurement director at a ministry or a state-linked company quietly asks them to do the translation. That is a small signal, and small signals are what business cards are for.
Printing still matters here. Digital-first platforms treat paper as a legacy problem. In practice, formal meetings in Muscat still involve a physical card, and a supplier who can print it locally, dispatch within a working day and deliver to Salalah or Sohar is solving a real logistics problem that a platform shipping from abroad is not.
Data residency comes up. Omani regulators and state-linked counterparties ask where the data sits. Cardify is built and hosted in Muscat, which is a different answer from a platform headquartered elsewhere. It is not automatically the better answer, but it is the one Omani vendor-risk questionnaires are shaped around.
The verdict, stated plainly
For most Omani and Gulf companies whose staff meet Arabic-reading counterparties and who want everyone carded without a per-seat bill, Cardify is the best fit, and it costs nothing to prove that for yourself.
For a large sales organisation whose pipeline depends on conference lead capture, Popl is the better product. For a company that needs enforced SSO, SCIM and a SOC 2 report today, Blinq or HiHello will clear your vendor review and Cardify will not. For a single professional rather than a company, Blinq Premium or HiHello Professional are better shaped than anything we offer.
How we checked this
Every competitor fact on this page was read off the competitor's own live pages on 20 August 2026, and each is linked below so you can verify it yourself. Pricing and features change: if you find something here that is out of date or wrong, tell us at our contact page and we will correct it.
Where we say a competitor "does not advertise" something, we mean the claim was absent from the pages listed below on that date. It is not a statement that their product lacks the feature.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best digital business card platform for a company in Oman?
For a company whose staff hand cards to Arabic-reading counterparties, Cardify is the strongest fit: it is the only one of the four that advertises Arabic and English on the same card with right-to-left rendering, it is free for unlimited employees, and it prints and delivers physical cards inside Oman. If your requirement is single sign-on, a SOC 2 report or deep CRM integration, Popl, Blinq and HiHello all advertise those and Cardify does not.
Which digital business card platform is genuinely free for a whole team?
Cardify. Its web platform has no employee limit, no template limit and no card limit, and no credit card is required. The free tiers of Blinq and HiHello are individual plans: Blinq gives two cards, HiHello gives four cards for one user. Popl publishes no pricing at all.
Do any of these platforms support Arabic?
Cardify builds an Arabic and an English version of every card by default, with separate Arabic name and title fields entered by the employee, right-to-left rendering, and both spellings written into the saved contact. Popl states on its own site that it supports any and all languages. We have not tested how Popl, Blinq or HiHello render an Arabic card, so we make no claim about them either way. Ask each vendor to show you a rendered Arabic card rather than a feature list, and ask us for the same.
Which platform is best for capturing leads at trade shows?
Popl, on its published positioning. Its product is built around event lead capture, including an AI-native badge scanner, event campaigns and qualifying questions, and its plan inclusions are written around that use case. Blinq advertises Universal Lead Capture on its Business tier. Cardify's lead capture is basic and it does not do badge scanning.
Which platform has the fewest surprises in the bill?
Cardify, because there is no recurring bill for the platform. Blinq requires a minimum payment equal to five Team Cards on Business subscriptions. HiHello bands Business at 5 to 100 users and pushes 101 or more into a custom Enterprise quote. Popl requires a meeting to learn the price at all.
