MAZOON DAIRY CO

Mazoon Dairy Co is one of Oman's established integrated dairy producers, operating a modern dairy farm and processing plant in Oman and supplying fresh milk, UHT, yogurt, laban and related dairy products to the Omani and regional market. Integrated dairies run three distinct workforces at scale: a farm and herd-management team (veterinarians, animal husbandry officers, feed nutritionists, milkers), a processing-plant team (production supervisors, QA/QC microbiologists, packaging line operators, maintenance engineers), and a commercial team (sales directors, key-account managers servicing supermarket chains and HORECA, merchandisers and van-sales reps, export-desk coordinators). Dairy is a category where supermarket category buyers, HORECA chefs, and wholesale distributors dominate the commercial calendar. A key-account manager negotiating shelf space with LuLu or Carrefour, a merchandiser walking a store route across Muscat and Sohar, or an export coordinator meeting a GCC distributor at Gulfood, every interaction ends with a card exchange, and the buyer expects a bilingual EN+AR card because Omani retail is Arabic-first and regional exports are English-first. Cardify gives Mazoon Dairy a bilingual digital business card per employee with the Mazoon logo, direct line, WhatsApp, and a link to the product catalogue or certifications page. A QR scan saves the full vCard to the buyer's phone. The admin dashboard updates every card centrally when staff rotate between farm, plant and commercial roles. Scan analytics give the commercial director a real engagement metric per rep. Printed cards remain available for Gulfood, Foodex Saudi, ministry visits, and supermarket category reviews through Cardify's local Omani print shop network, with identical bilingual artwork to the digital version. Onboard the Mazoon Dairy farm, plant, key-account, merchandising and export teams at cardify.om and equip every client-facing role with a bilingual scannable card under one central brand system.
