Duqm Refinery and Petrochemical Industries Company (DRPIC) operates Oman's newest greenfield refinery, a 230,000-bpd complex at the Special Economic Zone at Duqm, a 50:50 joint venture between OQ and Kuwait Petroleum International. The refinery came on-stream progressively through 2024, processing a blend of Kuwait Export Crude and Oman heavy feed into jet, diesel, naphtha, and petrochemical feedstock for the adjacent Duqm petrochemical cluster and for export through the new Duqm crude oil storage terminal.
